Check product sizes
All dimensions of our products are clearly stated in the advertisements. Please make sure to check these measurements before purchase. If items are returned because they do not fit, a handling fee of 15% will be charged. Returns based on matching will not be accepted, so please check the photos and read the product description carefully. In case of negligence, we will charge a handling fee

Scope of delivery
The scope of delivery of each product is clearly stated. Upon receipt, check that everything has been delivered correctly. If something is missing, please report this within 24 hours so that we can correct this immediately.

Return period and conditions
Items you wish to return must be returned within 14 days of purchase in the same condition. Please state the reason for return and insure your package for safety. Items received after this period will not be processed.

Order number and registration
Please ensure that return items match the order number and name, and state the reason for return. Without this information, we cannot process your return.

Insure during return
Make sure you insure your returns so that you are protected if something goes wrong during shipping. Damage during shipping is common and insurance will help you avoid unnecessary costs. Fragile items that arrive in good condition but are damaged during return shipping will not be accepted for return.

Packaging instructions
For returns, there must always be two stickers on the package: one with the sender and one with the order number, both clearly legible. Items must be carefully packed for return. Packages that arrive damaged or poorly packed will NOT be processed.

Insuring during transport
Always make sure you insure your return shipments. Damage during transport is unfortunately common, and with insurance you can ensure that you are compensated.
